Canonstore (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website and sells refurbished Canon cameras and related accessories. All products are sold “as-is” after thorough testing and certification, and are clearly identified as refurbished/pre-owned.
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made through canonstore.com by placing an order, you agree to be bound by this policy.
We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Canon Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. All Canon trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of Canon Inc.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Refund Policy - the basics

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are refurbished/pre-owned electronics, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:
• Return window: You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order (not from the shipping date).
• Condition of the item: The product must be returned in the same condition as received — unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, straps, chargers, and protective films intact. Any sign of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing items will result in refusal of the return or a partial refund only.
• Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number and proof of purchase (invoice email or screenshot).
• Return shipping costs: Unless the item is defective or not as described (see section 3), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and assumes all risk during return transit.
• Refund processing time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–7 business days), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that it may take your bank or credit card company additional time to post the refund to your account.

What to include in the Refund Policy

We accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
A. Item is defective or not as described (30-day warranty period)
• If the camera arrives damaged, malfunctions, or does not match the description and photos shown on the website (e.g., wrong model, missing accessories listed, condition different from advertised), you are entitled to:
 • A full refund (including original shipping cost), or
 • A replacement (if available), or
 • A repair (at our discretion).
• You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt and provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
• We will provide a prepaid return label in most cases.
B. Change of mind / no fault (14-day cooling-off period)
• You may return the item for any reason within 14 days.
• Refund will be for the product price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
• Return shipping is at your expense.
• The item must be returned in like-new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
C. Non-qualifying situations (no refund or return accepted)
• Products marked as “Final Sale”, “No Returns”, or “As-Is” (if any).
• Items damaged or used by the customer after delivery.
• Missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or protective films.
• Returns received after the 14-day window (or 30 days for defects).
• Custom or personalized orders (if applicable).
